Who knew grapes could make such an amazing sorbet? This sorbet is sweet (and a little sour) with a nice smooth texture! The best part is that it only takes 3 ingredients and seconds to make as long as your grapes are already frozen. I am all about quick desserts, and this is one that that you will want to keep making – and eating (I eat it all in one sitting). Such a great dessert for those warm summer nights!

If you are feeding a big crowd or bigger family, this recipe is very easy to double, triple or quadruple!

I use a food processor: it works great for breaking down the grapes. However, you could try a blender to see how it works! I have not tried to use a blender for this recipe.

For Littles

My toddler and I love this sorbet – we will take turns taking bites and will demolish it within minutes. This a great treat for a baby or toddler not only because it’s soft and easy to eat, but it’s a pretty healthy dessert. It only contains a teaspoon of sugar; the rest of the sweetness is natural sugar from the grapes!

You can serve this anywhere from 9 months + ! The reason I say this is because there is a bit of added sugar in it, so for that reason I would wait until my baby is 9 months old to offer it.

How To

Blend the frozen grapes, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Serve cold!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen grapes

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Put your frozen grapes in a food processor and pulse until the grapes have lost their shape. About 7-8 pulses.
  • Add in the sugar and lemon juice. Pulse until the the ingredients have created a smooth texture.
  • You can eat it just like that, or you can put it back in the fridge to let it get really cold again so you can get beautiful scoops of the sorbet using an ice cream scoop!
  • Store this in an airtight container for up to a month in the freezer. Enjoy!:)
