Spinach Smoothie for Mom and Baby

This spinach smoothie is easy to make and packed with good nutrients from the spinach and strawberries. The yogurt and milk make it creamy and add a good dose of protein. This smoothie amount is perfect for mom and baby/toddler to share.

Now that my baby is 1, snacks are part of her routine. And as a busy parent, quick snacks are essential (for me and for her!) And one of the easiest snacks (in my opinion) to make is a healthy smoothie. My daughter and I share it out of the same cup. This makes it super easy and also less messy if you have a little one who isn’t sure how to use their own cup yet!

For Littles

This smoothie is a great breakfast or snack for your little one. It contains many nutrients from the spinach and strawberries and protein from the milk and yogurt. You can serve this 1 year +! However, if you use breast milk or water instead of whole milk, you can serve it 6 months+.

My 13-month-old loves it!
