These avocado brownie bites are gooey, fluffy and full of rich chocolate flavor. This recipe contains very little sugar but you would never know it because of how delicious it is!

The avocado in this recipe creates such a gooey and fluffy bite of brownie! Avocado is a healthy fat and so it acts as a replacement for the butter that would normally be used in a brownie recipe. Yes, I love butter in my brownies, but the avocado adds the same amount of deliciousness that butter does! It also adds nutritional value! Since I am going for a healthier brownie bite, this recipe also only uses 1/4 cup sugar. I like to add chocolate chips to make them even more gooey but that is completely optional.
They’re bite-sized so they’re easy to transfer and easy to take on the go. I love making these at the start of the week to have on hand for a quick snack or dessert. I hope you love these as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients
You will need an Avocado, Plain Whole Fat Greek Yogurt – I recommend only using the whole fat for the recipe, Eggs, Honey – or maple syrup, Vanilla Extract, All Purpose Flour, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda, Salt and Milk Chocolate Chips – these are optional.
This is the silicone muffin pan I use when making these Silicone Mini Muffin Pan.
For Littles
These brownie bites are a great toddler dessert! Not only does my toddler LOVE to eat these, she loved making them with me too! I love serving these to her because they have minimal sugar and only healthy fats from the avocado and yogurt. You can serve these to your little 12 months +! I say 12 months because honey is not recommended for babies under 12 months of age. I also don’t recommend serving anything made with sugar to babies under 12 months of age.

How To

In a blender, combine the avocado, yogurt, eggs, honey and vanilla extract. Blend.

Pour into a bowl and sift in the cocoa powder and flour. Then add in the sugar, baking soda and salt and mix. Add in the chocolate chips if desired and mix.

Scoop into a mini muffin pan and bake at 350 for 14-15 minutes.

Serve warm!
