This 4-ingredient avocado smoothie is creamy, has a pudding-like texture and is incredibly satisfying to sip on. It’s toddler and kid friendly and can be made in minutes.

This avocado smoothie is something I like to make when I want something different from my normal berry smoothie. Avocados are great to use because they don’t have a strong flavor, but their texture when ripe is amazing.
Avocados are so good for you, containing tons of healthy fats, fiber and other crucial vitamins. I think avocado is underrated in a smoothie! Blend the avocado with milk, a little honey and some ice and you have a delicious smoothie.
I like to make this smoothie as a snack during the day, but it also a great to make for breakfast. I hope you love this recipe as much as my toddler and I do!
Ingredients
You will need a Ripe Avocado, Honey – maple syrup can also be used, Milk – of your choice and Ice.

For Littles
This smoothie is so good to serve to your littles. It’s so healthy, containing vital vitamins, fiber and healthy fats to help our little ones thrive. Because this smoothie contains milk and honey (which are not recommended to give to babies under 12 months of age) you can serve this to your littles 12 months +.

Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1-2 tablespoons honey to taste
- 3/4-1 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Start off with 3/4 cup of milk and add more if needed depending on the texture you want. I like my smoothie more thick so I use less milk.
- Serve in 1-2 glasses. My toddler and I share this smoothie. Enjoy!:)
