This pasta sauce is creamy, nutritious and addicting. It’s hard for me to not eat a whole bowl of it in one sitting. This recipe is perfect for a family meal- babies and kids of all ages will gobble this up!

I feel like spring is the time to get into making green pasta sauces. Not only are green sauces gorgeous to look at, but you know you’re about to eat something incredibly good for you. The avocado adds a wonderful creaminess and a healthy fat. The cauliflower serves as a great texture to combine with the avocado and offers many essential vitamins including vitamin C, K and folate!
