Celery juice is all the rage; however, I don’t have a juicer. But I figured I could make something that had similar benefits. And viola! This delicious celery smoothie includes celery, banana, avocado and ginger.

This is honestly one of my favorites smoothies I have ever made. It tastes so fresh, so healthy but is also sweet and flavorful.

Benefits

Celery is known to be great for digestion, lowering inflammation in the body, and containing many vitamins we need daily. Ginger is also known as a digestion aid. Avocado acts as a healthy fat, and banana is a great source of potassium.

For Littles

Every time I make this smoothie for myself, I give my 11-month-old some in a little cup. She loves it so much she will stare me down until I give her more of mine!

This smoothie is beneficial for your little one in giving them essential vitamins their little growing bodies need as well as helping them digest their food easier – this is especially important while they are trying new foods and getting their gut used to solids.

How To

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
