Do you want more apple or more crisp in your apple crisp? That’s the debate, and I am here to say that either the perfect balance each or a little more crisp than apple is how I like it! This crisp recipe is my grandma’s, and it is everything you need and want in a crisp. I did add my own little additions to the crisp to make it my own, but I grew up eating this crisp every holiday! It’s sweet, chewy but soft and all the flavors are balanced. If you don’t feel like making an apple pie but want something just as delicious, this is a perfect dessert to make for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I hope your family loves it as much as ours does.
