These healthy chocolate popsicles are made with healthy fats and no refined sugars. They serve as a healthy dessert for toddlers, kids and adults!

These chocolate popsicles are made of avocado, banana, unsweetened cocoa powder, honey and coconut milk. These popsicles are chocolatey, creamy and have that nostalgic fudgy-like texture just like the fudge pops I used to eat as a kid. The only difference between those and these is that these are truly healthy!

They’re full of healthy fats, fiber, potassium and many other important nutrients. These popsicles are also incredibly easy to make. You blend up all the ingredients in a blender, then pour them into a popsicle mold of your choice and freeze!

My toddler and I eat these as a dessert, but honestly they serve as a great healthy snack too! I hope you love this recipe as much as my toddler and I do!

Ingredients

You will need an Avocado, Banana, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Honey and Coconut Milk.

You can use any popsicle mold. I like to use these from Amazon: Popsicle Mold.

For Littles

I love to make these for my toddler because they are so good for her – but are also delicious. When my toddler is in a picky phase, I will serve these to her because I know she’s getting good nutrition from them. You can serve these to your littles 12 months +!

How To

Blend up all your ingredients, then fill your popsicle mold.

Freeze and enjoy!:)

Ingredients

  • 1 whole medium avocado
  • 1 banana
  • Heaping 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tablespoons honey to taste
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • In a blender combine all the ingredients. Start with 3 tablespoons honey and add more if needed.
  • The texture should be slightly thick. You’ll have to scoop into your popsicle molds, as it will be a little too thick to pour.
