This kale apple smoothie is refreshing, sweet and healthy. It’s made with simple ingredients and comes together in seconds. It’s toddler and kid friendly!

This smoothie hits the spot every time I make it! Apple and kale make a perfect pairing and the lemon juice adds a nice citrus note! This smoothie is full of fiber, antioxidants and vitamin C. I don’t have to tell you how amazing both kale and apple are for you…both are superfoods!

My toddler loves this smoothie! For other smoothie ideas, try my Apple berry smoothie or my Orange smoothie. If there are smoothie leftovers, pour them into a popsicle mold and freeze for a healthy snack! I hope you love this recipe as much as my toddler and I do!
