These watermelon popsicles are the perfect popsicles to make for your family during the summer! They’re hydrating, refreshing and sweet. The best part: they’re only 3 ingredients!

I love to make these popsicles for the summertime, as we are outside a ton and need extra hydration – and watermelon is 92% water! You simply blend watermelon, lemon juice and honey.
You then pour them in a popsicle mold and freeze! They’re super easy to make and incredibly delicious. I love the citrus note the lemon juice brings, and the honey is optional but does add a little extra healthy sweetness to the popsicles! My toddler is so obsessed with these that she tries to steal my popsicle from me!
You can make these the same day 3-4 hours in advance or make overnight to have ready for the next day. I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients
You will need Watermelon, Fresh Lemon Juice – lime juice also works and Honey – honey is optional although I think it goes so well in this blend!
For Littles
I love to make these for my toddler and WITH my toddler. She loves to help with my blender recipes, so it’s a fun recipe to include your little one in. These popsicles are hydrating for our little ones during the summer when we’re outside and in the heat. I also make these for her when she’s sick during the summertime and isn’t wanting to drink as much water. You can serve these to your little 12 months +! However, if you omit the honey, you can serve these to your littles 9 months +! Honey is not recommended for your littles under 12 months of age.
