These peach bliss balls taste of summer peaches and are all full of healthy ingredients. They’re no-bake and easy to whip up. They’re toddler and kid friendly!

Bliss balls are a go-to of mine for healthy snacks and breakfasts! My favorite base for bliss balls is seasonal fruits, and I enjoy using peaches for them this time of year. I love how healthy these are: they’re full of fiber, iron, protein and many more essential vitamins.

I like to make these at the beginning of the week to have on hand for snacks and easy breakfasts when I’m in a rush. They’re freezer-friendly and kept in the fridge otherwise. I hope you love these as much as my toddler and I do!

Ingredients

Peaches – fresh or frozen both work

Rolled Oats – quick oats are okay to use

Unsweetened Coconut Flakes – you use them in the bliss balls as well as to roll them in

Almonds – slivered or chopped

Dates – just 2 or 3

Honey – to add just a touch more sweetness

They do require a food processor to make, but I think a food processor is an amazing investment. I use mine all the time to make snacks and meals!

This is the food processor that I use – Cuisinart Food Processor .

For Littles

I make these specifically for my toddler and she and I share them throughout the week. They’re super filling and include ingredients that are so good for growing bodies! (And my daughter is obsessed with them!) You can serve these to your littles 12 months +!

How To

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together until combined

Roll into balls and roll into additional pulsed coconut flakes and place on a plate covered with parchment paper. Chill & enjoy!:)
