My daughter and I love our sweet treats, but if you know me, you know I am obsessed with making sweet treats that are healthy. And if you know me, you know I also am obsessed with cacao. So these no-bake cacao oat balls are my go-to when I want something sweet and healthy! These cacao oat balls are made out of 6 simple ingredients and are so quick to make. They’re full of fiber, healthy fats and protein. These are the perfect snack to take on the go with you to work or to pack up for your kids. I also like to munch on them throughout the day for a good energy boost! I hope you love these as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients
You will need Rolled Oats – quick oats are fine in this recipe as well, Cacao Powder – I use this one Cacao Powder, Ground Flax Meal – I use this one Ground Flax Meal, Salt, Almond Butter or Peanut Butter and Maple Syrup– honey can be used as well.
For Littles
These are the perfect thing to give your kiddos when they want something chocolatey and sweet, but you don’t want to load them full of sugar. They’re fun to eat and fun to make! I love to make these with Willow. You can serve these to your littles 12 months+! Cacao has a small amount of caffeine in it, so it’s recommended to wait until your little ones are a year old for them to consume cacao.

How to

In a big bowl, combine the oats, cacao powder, ground flax meal and salt. Mix! Next add the almond butter and maple syrup. Mix! You may need to use your hands.

Roll into 18-22 balls and chill in the fridge over parchment.

Enjoy!

You actually make it appear really easy with your presentation however I to find this topic to be actually something which I feel I might never understand. It sort of feels too complex and very vast for me. I am taking a look forward to your next submit, I¦ll try to get the cling of it!
