This apple and berry smoothie is sweet, crisp and refreshing. It’s fiber and vitamin c rich with a small boost of protein. Such a good smoothie to boost the mood and energy, too!


I make this smoothie for my daughter and I at least one a week! The ingredients include apples, frozen berries, yogurt, ice and coconut water. It’s just those 4 ingredients and takes seconds to make! I hope you love this smoothie as much as my toddler and I do!
Ingredients
You will need Apples – any kind of apple will work in this recipe, Frozen Berries – I use a mixed frozen berry mix but you can use any kind of frozen berries, Whole Fat Greek Yogurt, Ice and Coconut Water – you can use regular filtered water if you prefer or don’t have coconut water.


For Littles
This is an amazing smoothie for littles because not only is it delicious, but it’s incredibly nutritious. This smoothie is heavy on the fiber will really support your little one’s digestive system. So important for our growing littles. You can serve this smoothie to your littles 7 months +. Enjoy!:)

How To


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

1 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup whole fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup ice
1/4 cup coconut water or more if needed
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend. You can add more coconut water a tablespoon at a time if too thick.
