Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples, cored and cut into fourths
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup whole fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup coconut water or more if needed

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend. You can add more coconut water a tablespoon at a time if too thick.
  • Serve! Enjoy!:)
