I have been consistently drinking coconut water since I gave birth to my daughter. I read somewhere it is great for milk supply when breastfeeding, and it has contributed to my milk supply. Coconut water is great for hydration! Coconut water has so many incredible benefits due to its electrolytes, antioxidants and amino acids. I absolutely love what it did for my body, however, it was hard for me to drink coconut water by itself. This recipe is my final mix I created using my beloved coconut water!

It’s not only tasty, but it’s beautiful too… look at that color!
