I have always been obsessed with granola and this granola recipe is a perfect winter staple for your pantry. It highlights some of my favorite fall and winter flavors: maple and cranberry. This granola is naturally sweetened and full of texture and flavor. I love to top my yogurt with this granola and also love to eat it plain as a snack. My daughter loves granola just as much as I do, and she loves it as a snack. I also like to make this during the holiday season and pack it up as gifts to drop off to my neighbors. I hope you love this granola recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients

You will need Rolled Oats, Dried Cranberries – perfect for the fall and winter season, Slivered Almonds, Ground Flaxmeal – adds extra vitamins and helps to create some clusters, Cinnamon, Salt, Maple Syrup – you can use honey if that’s all you have, Olive Oil and Vanilla Extract.

For Littles

This granola recipe is a great one for littles! This recipe is made with only natural sugars, is fiber rich and provides our bodies with energy we need to conquer our days. You can serve this to your baby 12 months +! I would recommend to chop up the almonds and cranberries a bit more before serving to your little to reduce the risk of choking. That is what I do with my toddler and she is 19 months old! She loves this granola.

This is how I serve it to her:

How To

Combine all the dry ingredients in a big bowl and mix. Then pour in the wet and mix.

Throw granola on a big sheet pan and spread the granola out. Bake in the oven and stir often.

Let cool and then store.
