Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1/2 teaspoon cinnamom
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Prepare a large sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a big bowl combine all your dry ingredients: oats, dried cranberries, slivered almonds, ground flax meal, cinnamon and salt. Mix to combine.
Pour your wet ingredients into the dry: maple syrup, olive oil and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
Spread the granola out on the sheet pan and then put in the oven for 35 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes, making sure the granola does but burn.
Take out the granola, stirring one more time and let cool on the sheet pan.
Once cool, store in a glass jar or airtight container for up to 3 weeks. Eat as a snack or sprinkle over yogurt. Enjoy!:)
