Meals my 11 month old and I ate this week

My 11 month old is a hungry girl, so my goal has been to make her fun but nutritious meals that both parents and baby can eat!These are some meals that my daughter and I have eaten this week!

Breakfast

I always boil eggs on Sundays so I have them for a quick meal throughout the week. I also love to roast apples Monday mornings so I have them for a couple days! It is one of Willow’s favorites. Mt roasted apple recipe is here. Cream cheese is a great source of protein, so spreading that on some sourdough toast just sounded good!

Lunch

We always have tuna in our pantry so my tuna melt recipe is something I make a lot! I toast some bread, spoon some tuna onto the toast and top with some cheese. My tuna melt recipe is here. We also ate some yogurt oat muffins (recipe coming soon) and some kiwi- great for digestion!

Dinner

I whipped up a quick avocado pasta (recipe coming soon), but included avocado, olive oil, pasta water, salt and pepper. The. I quickly tossed some chopped potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and roasted them at 400 for 25 minutes. I had a side salad with mixed greens and we both had some blueberries.
