These immunity-boosting orange mango popsicles are sweet, tangy and oh-so-good for you! These are great to have on hand when you or your child is sick and to have to prepared ahead of time for cold and flu season. They’re toddler and kid friendly!

These are my go-to for my toddler when she is sick because she loves popsicles! 5 simple ingredients including oranges, frozen mango, fresh lemon juice, fresh ginger and honey and you have a immunity booster frozen into a popsicle to enjoy! They are as delicious as they are healthy, too. My other popsicles I make all the time during cold and flu season are my Vitamin C Popsicles.

Ingredients

Oranges – they are sweet and high in vitamin C

Frozen Mango – you can use fresh too!

Fresh Lemon Juice – adds even more brightness and flavor and provides extra vitamin C and immunity support

Fresh Ginger – you can’t taste it but it adds many benefits including digestion help as well as immunity support

Raw Honey – adds some sweetness and is great for coughs and colds

This is the popsicle mold I use for most of my homemade popsicles – Popsicle Mold

For Littles

My toddler is absolutely obsessed with these. They’re not only delicious and sweet, but I make them to have on hand during cold and flu season and they help her feel better. I know she’s getting something soothing to the throat that will boost her immunity and give her a high dose of vitamin C. You can serve these to your littles 12 months +!
