My daughter is peanut butter obsessed (as am I), and so I like to add peanut butter to anything I can! This smoothie started out as just a pumpkin smoothie, but then by adding peanut butter to it, the sip became nutty and rich. I would argue that the peanut butter even helps bring out the pumpkin flavor in the smoothie. I love this smoothie not just for its flavor, but for the nutritional value of the ingredients. I love to make to share with my toddler, although I barely get any as she she drinks most of it!

With this smoothing, my toddler gets fiber from the pumpkin and yogurt, protein from the yogurt and peanut butter, healthy fats from the peanut butter, potassium from the banana and so much more. Pumpkin has been shown to boost immunity and peanut butter provides folate!
For Littles
This is a great smoothie for your growing little one. My toddler drinks the entire smoothie I make for her. The vitamins she gets from it make me a happy Momma. Pumpkin and peanut butter do so much for your growing little one; providing fiber, healthy fats and folate. You can serve this to your little one 12 months +! I say this because I use whole milk in this recipe, and it’s not recommended to give babies under 12 months whole milk.
How To
Blend all the ingredients together.
Serve cold! Stir in some extra peanut butter in if you desire.
