Peanut Butter Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 canned cup pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter (for serving, optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • This is optional, but I love to stir in some peanut butter so that when you sip the smoothie, you get chunks of peanut butter in some sips. Serve cold! Enjoy!:)
