Ingredients
1/4 canned cup pumpkin
1 1/2 tablespoons yogurt
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 cup ice
3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter (for serving, optional)
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
This is optional, but I love to stir in some peanut butter so that when you sip the smoothie, you get chunks of peanut butter in some sips. Serve cold! Enjoy!:)
