These strawberry bliss balls burst with strawberry flavor, are full of texture and are so fun to eat. These healthy bites are easy to make and are toddler and kid friendly!

I love to make healthy snacks to have on hand for my toddler and bliss balls are a favorite in our house. These bliss balls are full of fiber, iron, protein and vitamin C; so they serve as the perfect healthy snack. And they’re incredibly delicious and addicting! Other bliss balls we love are my Blueberry Bliss Balls and Mango Bliss Balls.

These serve as great snacks and breakfasts. They’re freezer-friendly and travel easy! Great snacks for on the go! I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients

Strawberries – fresh or frozen both work

Rolled Oats – quick oats are fine to use as well

Unsweetened Coconut Flakes – use them in the bliss balls as well as to roll them in

Almonds – slivered or chopped

Dates – I have also used honey and maple syrup when I don’t have dates on hand and it works wonderfully

For Littles

I make these specifically as snacks and breakfasts for my toddler and she is obsessed! They’re very high in fiber and iron (which are so important for their growing bodies and digestive systems) along with many more essential nutrients they need to be strong and healthy. You can serve these to your littles 12 months +!

How To

Throw all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth

Roll into balls and dip them into pulsed coconut flakes. Chill and enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
