Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water
1/2 a small apple, finely chopped
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons milk of your choice
Instructions
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the oats, water, apples, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Stir to combine. Make sure the apples are completely submerged in the water so they fully cook.
Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Let the oats cool for a minute and then add in the milk and stir.
