Grease a 9 by 13 glass dish with olive oil spray and set aside.
Over low heat, melt your butter. Once melted, add in your marshmallows and mix until they have completely melted and combined with the butter.
Turn the heat off and add in your Rice Krispies and sprinkles. Mix with a wooden spoon until all the Rice Krispies and sprinkles are coated with the marshmallow mixture.
Scoop the Rice Krispy mixture into the greased glass dish and flatten using a spatula.
Let cool for at least 3-4 minutes and then using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut out stars and place on parchment paper to set. You will need to run the cookie cutter in water every 2 times you cut out a star. If you don’t, the cookie cutter will get sticky and you won’t get a clean star shape.
After you cut out stars, using a spatula you can re-flatten the Rice Krispies to cut out more stars until there are no more Rice Krispies left to cut out.
Let all the stars lay out on parchment for 15 minutes or until set. You can store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!:)
