Ingredients
1 ripe small avocado or 1/2 of a ripe big avocado
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of salt or more to taste
Freshly cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, add the avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mash with a fork until combined.
Serve on toast, on a sandwich, with tuna or salmon or eat it on its own! Enjoy!:)
