In a medium sized saucepan combine the blueberries, chia seeds, honey and lemon juice.
Let ingredients come together on a low simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 15 minutes, the ingredients should now be a jam-like texture.
You can store in the fridge in a mason jar or airtight container for up to 10 days in the fridge. Spread over toast, pancakes or french toast! Enjoy!:)
