Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
3/4 to 1 cup milk of your choice
3-5 ice cubes
Instructions
In a blender combine all the ingredients.
Blend! Start off with 3/4 cup of milk and slowly add more if the smoothie is too thick.
Serve cold. Enjoy!:)
