Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Hearts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips of your choice
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Valentine’s Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a small baking sheet or plate and cover with parchment paper. Set aside
  • Wash and dry your strawberries. Make sure your strawberries are all the way dry before you start. I like to pat the strawberries all the way dry with a paper towel
  • Cut each strawberry into a heart shape by using a knife and cutting a triangle out of the top of the strawberry - this will take out the stem and create a heart shape. I have linked a video from my TikTok above! Stick the reusable cake pop sticks into each strawberry
  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together for 30 seconds in the microwave and dip each strawberry about 1/3 of the way into the melted chocolate. Set on the parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes until set. Serve!
  • They are best fresh the day of, but you can keep them in the fridge for up to 2 days. Enjoy!:)
