Prepare a small baking sheet or plate and cover with parchment paper. Set aside
Wash and dry your strawberries. Make sure your strawberries are all the way dry before you start. I like to pat the strawberries all the way dry with a paper towel
Cut each strawberry into a heart shape by using a knife and cutting a triangle out of the top of the strawberry - this will take out the stem and create a heart shape. I have linked a video from my TikTok above! Stick the reusable cake pop sticks into each strawberry
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together for 30 seconds in the microwave and dip each strawberry about 1/3 of the way into the melted chocolate. Set on the parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes until set. Serve!
They are best fresh the day of, but you can keep them in the fridge for up to 2 days. Enjoy!:)
