Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Crisps

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tortillas
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Also line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Brush the tortillas with the melted butter and then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the tortillas.
  • Cut them into strips, chips or, using cookie cutters, cut out your favorite shapes. I'm writing this post as Halloween is coming up, so I used cookie cutters to cut out some Halloween shapes.
  • Place all the crisps onto the parchment paper-covered baking sheets and bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes, until bubbly and the tortillas are hard.
  • You can store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Enjoy!:)
