In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Pulse until a dough forms.
Put the dough in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375.
Take out and roll out the dough in a couple of batches on a lightly floured surface. I like rolling the dough out in batches so that I can easily roll it to 1/4 inch thick without it being too big or long to roll out.
Using the animal cracker cutters, cut out your animals and place on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes, until just lightly browned and set. Let cool on the baking sheet for a couple minutes.
Repeat batches until you have used up all the dough.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!:)
