Ingredients
2 cups mango (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup plain whole fat Greek yogurt
1- 1/2 cups milk of your choice
If using fresh mango, add in 7-8 ice cubes
1/4 cup extra mango chunks to add in once the smoothie is blended, (optional)
Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Start off with 1 cup of milk, and then slowly add more if too thick.
Blend! Pour into 2 glasses.
Serve! I like to mix in some more mango chunks into the smoothie so that as I drink I get some delicious mango bites! That is optional.
