Ingredients
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups brown rice crispy cereal
1/4 cup ground golden flax meal
Instructions
Grease an 8x8 baking dish and set aside.
In a big bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix until combined. Then add in the rice cereal and ground flax and mix again until the rice crispy cereal is completely coated.
Press the mixture into the greased 8x8 and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours or in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, until set.
Cut into 16 pieces and serve! You can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up t 3 days. Enjoy!:)
