Kid’s Chocolate Protein Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen chopped ripe banana
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup plain whole fat Greek yogurt
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Handful of Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Start off with 1/2 cup milk and add more if needed. I like less milk because my daughter likes a thicker shake!
  • Blend until smooth. Enjoy!:)
