Ingredients
1 frozen chopped ripe banana
1/2 - 3/4 cup milk of your choice
1/2 cup plain whole fat Greek yogurt
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Handful of Spinach
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Start off with 1/2 cup milk and add more if needed. I like less milk because my daughter likes a thicker shake!
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!:)
