Ingredients
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup golden flax meal
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
Cover a large plate with parchment paper and set aside
In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter and honey until completely combined
Add in the rolled oats, flax meal, cinnamon and raisins. Mix everything together using a rubber spatula until combined
Roll into 12 balls, packing tightly with your hands and then setting them on the parchment paper. Chill to 15 minutes to firm up
Serve! You can store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy!:)
