Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen peaches
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (strawberries work great too)
1/2 cup plain whole fat Greek yogurt
3/4 cup milk of choice
6-7 ice cubes if using fresh fruit
Instructions
In a blender, combine your ingredients and blend until smooth. If using fresh fruit, throw in 6-7 ice cubes.
