Ingredients
4 Apples
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
A Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a 9 by 13 glass pan with olive oil.
Chop the apples into bite size pieces and toss them into the pan. Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle the cinnamon, brown sugar, salt and mix until combined.
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway in between.
Eat with yogurt, oatmeal or enjoy them on their own!
