Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango
2 cup spinach
1/4 cup whole fat yogurt
1/2 cup ice
1 cup to 1 1/4 cup coconut water
Instructions
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Start off with only 1 cup of coconut water and keep adding little bits at a time if smoothie is too thick. You want a thick smoothie, but it needs to be able to blend, too.
