Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 banana
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup raspberries, split
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a 8x8 glass baking dish. Set aside!
In a big bowl, combine the avocado, banana and peanut butter. Mash until all is combined, little chunks of avocado or banana are okay.
Add in the oats and half of the raspberries. Mix with a rubber spatula until the oats and raspberries have evenly distributed.
Throw the mixture into the greased baking dish and press it down with a rubber spatula until the mixture is evenly spread. Top the mixture with the rest of the raspberries.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the bars have become firm.
Let them cool, and then cut into 16 squares. You can store in an alright container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy!:)
