Ingredients
2 whole eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Splash of milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup pinto beans
2 (6 inch) tortillas torn up into smaller pieces
1/3 cup salsa of your choice
1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
Instructions
Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter. While the pan is heating up, scramble the eggs with a splash of milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
