Turn your oven on to 400 and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, ketchup, egg, bread, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Gently with your hands, fold all the ingredients together until just combined.
Pour the Italian bread crumbs into a small bowl.
Form the ground turkey mixture into nugget shapes, making 24 nuggets. Dip each nugget into the bowl of Italian bread crumbs until the whole nugget is coated well. Once coated, place each nugget on the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20-23 minutes, until the nuggets are golden brown.
Serve warm! I love to serve these with ketchup or BBQ sauce. You can store them in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Or you can freeze them for up to 3 months in an airtight container. Enjoy!:)
