* I like to melt the chocolate by using a double boiler. You do this by putting some water in a pot, and putting a glass bowl that will fit on top of the pot that doesn’t touch the bottom of the pot. Turn the heat on high and place the chocolate in the glass bowl. Stir continuously until the chocolate has melted. Alternatively, you can melt in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted.
