Ingredients

  • 4 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 11 oz bag white chocolate, melted * (see notes)
  • 1 drop red food coloring
  • 1/2 cup valentines sprinkles

Instructions

  • Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt your white chocolate using your melting preference. Then add in the food coloring and mix with a rubber spatula until combined.
  • Put 5-7 pretzels into the chocolate and mix with a rubber spatula until the pretzels are completely covered in the chocolate.
  • Working quickly, take out each pretzel, shaking off the excess chocolate and placing on the parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the sprinkles onto the pretzels before the chocolate sets. Repeat this until all the pretzels are coated and sprinkled.
  • Let set for a couple minutes and then you can serve! You can store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!:)

Notes

  • * I like to melt the chocolate by using a double boiler. You do this by putting some water in a pot, and putting a glass bowl that will fit on top of the pot that doesn’t touch the bottom of the pot. Turn the heat on high and place the chocolate in the glass bowl. Stir continuously until the chocolate has melted. Alternatively, you can melt in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted.
