Drain the fat and add the garlic. Stir for 30 seconds, and then add the tomatoes. Stir and then add all the spices. Stir again bring to a boil.
Turn down the heat to medium-low and let simmer for 15 minutes. If you are cooking pasta, go ahead and throw the pasta in the boiling water and cook to the box directions!
Serve over pasta, drizzle with olive oil and top with Parmesan cheese. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for 3 months. Enjoy!:)
