This peach berry smoothie is sweet, tangy and creamy. This 4-ingredient smoothie is a refreshing way to use up some delicious summer fruit.

I crave smoothies in the summertime, and this smoothie is one of my favorites. I absolutely love peaches in the summer, and they pair great with berries! This smoothie is not only delicious, but it’s incredibly healthy! It is full of vitamin C, vitamin A (good for our skin and eyes), many antioxidants, and fiber and it is also full of protein.

All you have to do is throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend it up! If you are using fresh fruit instead of frozen, throw a couple of ice cubes in the smoothie to make it cold.

This would be a great smoothie to also turn into smoothie popsicles! This smoothie is the perfect refreshing treat to have in the summertime. I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients

You will need Fresh or Frozen Peaches, Fresh or Frozen Raspberries, Plain Whole Fat Greek Yogurt – you can also use a different kind, and Your Choice of Milk.

For Littles

This is a great summer smoothie for your littles! It’s such a delicious smoothie packed with so many vital nutrients for our growing little ones. I love making smoothies for my toddler because you can pack so many nutrients into one drink. You can serve this to your little 12 months +. I say this because I add milk to this smoothie and babies under 12 months of age aren’t recommended to have cow’s milk.

How To

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!:)
