These peanut butter granola bars are healthier and more delicious than store-bought granola bars. They require no baking and only 5 ingredients. They’re toddler and kid friendly!

I am a big fan of making store-bought-type snacks at home if they don’t require a ton of time and don’t cost too much to make. These granola bars fit that mold. They’re creamy, full of texture and sweet! They’re a great healthy snack as they are full of fiber, protein and healthy fats!
I eat these right now as a lactation snack while nursing my newborn! I make these at the start of the week to have on hand and then will wrap them in plastic wrap individually so they’re easy to grab. I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!
Ingredients
Peanut Butter – I prefer natural, but any peanut butter will work
Honey – honey really makes these granola bars come together! I prefer honey over maple syrup
Vanilla Extract – if you don’t have it on hand, it’s ok to omit it
Rolled Oats – old fashioned oats work as well
Mini Chocolate Chips – I like the mini kind for these bars so you get more chocolate with each bite

For Littles
My toddler absolutely loves these, and I love how healthy and filling they are! Sometimes when I am running short on time, I will even serve one to her for breakfast! These granola bars are full of fiber, protein and healthy fats to support little ones’ growing bodies. You can serves these to your littles 12 months +!
