This blueberry pear smoothie is fruity, creamy and absolutely delicious. It’s an antioxidant powerhouse and full of good fiber. It’s also toddler and kid friendly!

Pears are still good this time of year, so it’s a perfect time to make this smoothie! Pears are high in fiber and have great flavor. The yogurt adds even more fiber and makes it creamy. The blueberries add antioxidants and make the smoothie explode with fruity flavor. A touch of cardamom completes it. Other smoothie recipes you can try are my Apple Berry Smoothie and my Orange Smoothie.
This is an easy recipe to double if you’re making it for more than one person. You don’t need to use any ice as long as you use frozen blueberries. Frozen wild blueberries are my favorite. I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients
Frozen Blueberries– I like using frozen blueberries so I don’t have to use ice. There are many good kinds of frozen blueberries out there, I specifically love frozen wild blueberries
Fresh Pear – any kind of pear works
Plain Greek Yogurt – makes it creamy and filling!
Milk of your choice – I like oat milk, but any kind works
Ground Cardamom– a little of it goes a long way
For Littles
This smoothie is a favorite of my toddler’s. It’s an amazing smoothie for digestive health and immunity boosting. Smoothies are also a great way to pack nutrients into your littles’ diets. You can serve this smoothie to your little one 12 months +!
