Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 pear roughly chopped
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4-1/2 cup milk of your choice
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Start with just 1/4 cup of milk, and if too thick, keep adding more until you have your desired consistency.
