This 3 ingredient creamy mango smoothie is refreshing, but filling and satisfying. All that is needed is mango, yogurt and milk of your choice. A delicious healthy treat!

It’s mango season, so it’s a perfect time to make this smoothie! I love to make this at the peak of mango season, but I always have frozen mango in my fridge so I can make this smoothie anytime of the year. My toddler is especially obsessed with mango, so this is a go-to. This smoothie is full of protein from the yogurt and milk. Mangos are filled with vitamin C, potassium and fiber. I hope you love this smoothie as much as my family and I do!
Ingredients
You will need Fresh or Frozen Mango, Plain Whole Fat Greek Yogurt – you can use a different plain kind of yogurt if you prefer; but it may not have as creamy of a taste and Milk or your choice – I like oat milk in this.

For Littles
This is an incredibly yummy and nutritious smoothie to make for your littles. It’s high in protein, fiber, vitamin C and potassium. Essential nutrients for our growing littles. You can serve this to your littles 12 months +!

- If using fresh mango, add in 7-8 ice cubes

Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Start off with 1 cup of milk, and then slowly add more if too thick.
