I love looking at videos on TikTok of what was offered to baby or toddler and what they ate! I love looking at the different meals offered and love seeing the realistic side of how much is actually being eaten!

I hope this will offer you some inspiration and give you ideas on meal time for your littles.

This is what she ate in a day!

Breakfast

Offered: For breakfast I offered overnight oats I made with water, oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and topped with mixed berries. I offered peanut butter yogurt and sliced avocado.

Ate: She devoured the avocado (of course!), she ate most of her yogurt and ate a really good helping of the oats only leaving a little on the plate! She tends to eat about half of her oats in the morning, so this was good to see from her!

Lunch

Offered: I offered her a boiled egg sprinkled with salt and pepper. I also offered some leftover pasta with marinara and two slices of kiwis.

Ate: My baby is a LOVER of all these foods. I know most babies love pasta, and Willow falls into that category. She is a huge fan and both eggs and kiwi so she gobbled this meal up in under 5 minutes.

Dinner

Offered: I offered her a spring roll made with shredded chicken, cabbage mix, avocado and rice noodles. I served that with a peanut sauce and raspberries.

Ate: I was SO excited about this meal. I had given her spring roll mix without the rice wrapper before, and she devoured it. So this time I thought I would offer her the entire spring roll. She LOVED eating it. I did have to show her to try and dip the spring roll in the peanut sauce, but she didn’t want to do that (she is miss independent). This was a fun meal to offer for sure!
