I thought it would be fun to document some meals that I make for both my daughter and I on here!
These meals were some of my favorites of the week.
Breakfast
I made scrambled eggs for us both! I topped Willow’s egg with cheese and cut her up some strawberries and kiwi.
For myself I also added a piece of sourdough toast and had a scoop of leftover baked oatmeal on the side because it sounded yummy!
Willow may have had a bite or two of my sourdough toast!:)
Lunch
I made some broccoli fritters, whole milk yogurt to dip the fritters in and some leftover Parmesan pasta
I also made myself a quick salad using some mixed greens!
Dinner
I made up some oven baked chicken parmesan and marinara sauce over pasta.
I sautéed some spinach for Willow and made myself another mixed green salad!
