These mango bliss balls are the perfect snack to make for the family to munch on! They’re sweet, fresh and healthy. Perfect for summer time munchies!

I make these treats during the spring and summer and I love how fresh they taste! They taste of mangos and coconut with a soft citrus flavor. For me, bliss balls are a go-to for a sweet but healthy snack, and my toddler loves them just as much as I do. They’re full of fiber, vitamin C and folate, so feeding these to my family makes me feel great!
They’re not only fun to eat, but they’re fun to make, too! You blend all the ingredients in a food processor, shape into balls, and then dip in some pulsed coconut flakes. You place in the fridge to chill and then get ready to devour!
I love to make these to snack on throughout the week because of how easy they are to whip up and grab. I love how portable they are; we take them on the go a lot and they are easily packable. I also serve them to my toddler as breakfast; a great way to start the day. I hope you love this recipe as much as my family and I do!

Ingredients
You will need Frozen or Fresh Mango – I have used both and both work great, Rolled Oats – quick oats work fine, Unsweetened Coconut Flakes, Honey – dates or maple syrup can be substituted, and Fresh Lemon Juice.
For Littles
My toddler snacks on these all day long! They are so fun to eat and a perfect snack to give your toddler while on the go or just at home. They’re healthy but super delicious. My toddler loves mango specifically, so this recipe is a huge hit with her. You can serve these to your little ones 12 months +! However, if you substitute the honey with dates or maple syrup, you can serve them to your littles 9 months +. Honey is not recommended to babies under 12 months of age.
